NET Instructor in support of the PM Mission Command Field Support Services contract in Fort Hood, TXResponsible for providing technical, logistical, engineering, and training support to the warfighter on Mission Command systems in support of tactical, operational, and strategic operations. instructs on assigned Mission Command systems and assists in developing, reviewing, and modifying lesson plans to conform to new software or new procedures. Provide support on troubleshooting equipment, software, operational procedures, and interoperability problems in support of NET Training. Responsible for providing technical and over-the-shoulder training support to the warfighter and Mission Command Teams, also provides Field Service Representative (FSR) support to include technical, training, and tactical assistance for the MC systems to ensure a timely and accurate resolution to technical problems globally.

Member of the PM DCGS-A Training (HUMINT/CHARCS) and Operations Support Team. Serves as a Senior Technical Trainer in support of C4ISR Systems and Equipment training and provides fielding support by issuing and recovering equipment when required. Formulates and executes New Equipment Training (NET) for Program Manager DCGS-A in concert with fielding activities worldwide including hostile fire zones; also provide refresh/reset and over-the-shoulder (OTS) training as directed by the Army customer. Assess training requirements, identifies and evaluates training alternatives and develops training materials using a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.

Trained and advised National Guard and Reserve Component units for wartime operations.Instituted and develop Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IED-D) strategy for deployingunits.• Assist deploying units and leaders on protection of personnel, facilities andtechnologies. Educated units on Foreign Travel security• Taught Insider Threat training to over 2,000 personnel traveling overseas.

Planned and conducted over 40 counterintelligence investigations on national securitycrimes, partnering with foreign and U.S. law enforcement, security and intelligenceagencies• Provided knowledgeable and support to counterintelligence analysis, compiling andauthoring reports for estimates, threat and vulnerability assessments to over 800personnel• Ensured compliance of military and civil law in conducting investigations; informationreports and summaries

Conducted over six years of security-oriented investigations reducing threats tomilitary operations, installations, and personnel.• Supervised over 400 background checks for information concerning foreign and domesticindividuals, groups, and organizations posing threat to US Army.• Conducted personnel security investigation for five years, to deter foreign nationalsfrom committing terrorist attacks on U.S. Military bases.
