  Special Forces Fitness is a dynamic, perpetually changing workout regimen that utilizes unconventional means to create theideal functional athlete. Founded by life-long best friends Michael Sloggett and Brent Verdiales, Special Forces Fitness is the culmination of years of training and experiences, including 5 years of U.S. Special Forces service. Special Forces Fitness offers fitness classes that never repeat and emphasize our Perpetual Dynamic Muscle Development (PDMD) system. The body has an amazing ability to adapt to a specific workload or training regimen, so SFF constantly confuses the body and introduces new movements and workouts to create a physical specimen that is both functional and optimal from an athletic standpoint.Classes are held with up to 25 clients, and Special Forces Fitness has experienced unusually rapid growth since its inception. Come out and train with equipment such as: Heavy tractor tires, 30 kettlebells, Olympic weights, ply-boxes, sandbags, weighted sleds, sledgehammers and much more!Classes take place at Dry Creek Park on Clovis and Alluvial Monday through Thursday at 7 p.m.
