Responsible for the administration, technical functions and management of the department personnel to maximize customer satisfaction and financial performance. Develop strategic goals and objectives for the Imaging Services department to assure services provided are comprehensive and appropriate to meet the needs of the customers and the organization.

Responsible for management and supervision of diagnostic radiology, support staff and special imaging areas including Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and MRI. Assures regulatory & accreditation standards are met on an ongoing basis. Assures quality control and quality assurance programs are maintained.

Deliver high quality patient care while obtaining diagnostic MRI / CT images. Develop and maintain department protocols and policies. Monitor PACS system for errors and correct any issues. Communicate with other PACS administrators to ensure system runs properly.
