Comfortable fitting kitchens valued up to £100,000. Undertake all surveys and provide technical oversight on all designs to ensure all projects meet customer expectations. Support all designers throughout design stages to ensure designs are technically sound. High level of resilience and see challenges as an opportunity to apply technical and creative solutions to achieve positive outcomes. Responsible for signing-off all designs before being presented to customers. Proactively share my knowledge and experience with design team with the aim of enhancing the design capabilities of all team members. Excellent customer rapport building skills and able to clearly communicate complex, technical information to customers using layman terminology. Support independent fitters on site to ensure complex or technical projects are fitted to both the designers’ plan and customer expectations. On-site fitting and snagging includes full and partial kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, flooring, wall tiling, plumbing, and joinery.Responsible for training all independent fitters on how to interpret designs and correctly fit Schuller products.
