In 2012, I started up Focal Point—leading the development and repositioning of multimillion-dollar residential and commercial properties in Newport Beach, Dallas, and Austin. I owned all aspects of development—constructing new, custom-built facilities.A few of my select projects include spearheading the development of Residences at The Little Nell, 108,000 sf of 26 fractional condos at Aspen mountain base in Colorado. In addition, I oversaw the development of the Sapphire Tower, a 32-floor, 97-condo high-rise tower in downtown San Diego. Currently, I am leading the development of The Point North, an 18-unit, 77-bed multi-family student housing facility in Austin.

In 1999, I co-founded Centurion Partner, a real estate development firm that grew to include 28 employees across 4 offices in Newport Beach, Aspen, Houston, and Austin. This involved taking projects from land acquisitions and entitlement through construction and final delivery. As a result, I built a strong network of broker relationships to identify/funnel opportunities and amplify exposure for sales.

Initially, I helped start up a California office for this market-leading global real estate advisory firm. For 6 years, I delivered build-to-suit solutions for office and industrial, spaces. Consequently, I grew the company’s footprint, presence, and influence on the West Coast.A few of my representative projects include, constructing 2 buildings for the Nissan North America’s distribution facilities totaling 750,000 sf. As a result, I was named the #1 producer for So Cal office that year. Additionally, I relocated TIG Insurance’s 400K-sf building from West LA to Irving, TX. This included leading the disposition of their existing property in So Cal. I also served as the lead consultant and broker on a Conagra’s headquarters, a 200,000-sf project to move and build at Irvine Regional Park.

Early in my career, I joined this development firm during a period of explosive growth, where I fine-tuned my skills in development, leasing, marketing, and asset management. During this time, I advanced to run the South Orange County division, primarily building industrial and technological parks.Highlights included growing the scope of my portfolio from 440K to 5.5M sf. In this role, I represented companies such as the Irvine Company, Calpers, Copley Real Estate Advisors, and Pacific Mutual. Accordingly, I helped O’Donnell become the largest developer for the Irvine Company, So Cal’s most prosperous developer.
