Responsible for the management of the integration of the Weatherford P&SS group into the Baker Hughes PPS group on completion of the acquisition in September 2014. The position is Houston based with three direct reports, and involves daily interaction with numerous change agents located around the globe. There are a number of stakeholders involved that require regular communication and reporting on the progress made with the integration process. Currently serving as project manager for BH PPS on the Lula Norte & Extreme Sul offshore project in Brazil. The project involved the flooding, cleaning, gauging, caliper pigging, hydro testing, dewatering, MEG conditioning and nitrogen packing/purging of three flowlines in a water depth of approximately 2,145m.

During my tenure with the Weatherford Pipeline & Specialty Services Group I had responsibilities for sustaining the then levels of business activity while further developing and growing future business opportunities throughout the Western Hemisphere. In addition i was heavily involved in the development of new products and their introduction to the market place.During this period with the Weatherford P&SS group I also took over responsibility for the project management of an offshore based oil export pipeline pre-commissioning and commissioning project that was successfully completed in February 2015.

Current position has responsibilities for long-term strategic business planning and short-term budgetary planning. Also managing business development, operational project management and client realtionship development. Responsible for the implementation of training and competency programs that will enable personnel to grow and develop. All of the above leads to consistantly delivering a high level of service quality that meets our customers expectations.

Responsible for identifying major projects around the world and developing individual strategies to secure these projects. Responsible for coordinating the business development effort to secure these projects between the client and in-house region and local business development teams. Responsible for providing both technical and commercial support for regional and local business development teams.

Responsible for establishing sales strategies and the identification of targeted projects and strategically important contracts for the region.
