I founded Cog Design to formalise the freelance work I'd been doing since leaving college. Since then I've led the business and creative direction of the agency, grabbing opportunities and working hard to make it one of the most respected agencies in the UK. We do our best work when partnering with clients who are passionate about their work, so we choose.
I set up this specialist arts marketing agency with Cathy Gallagher. I had a hands-on role as co-director, leading on marketing projects and managing the business. In 2004 I stepped away from the role and handed over my co-ownership to Janice White. I am delighted that the company has continued to grow and flourish as one of the UK's best agencies working.
