Michael is a qualified Building Professional with 25 years on the ground carpentry, site management, project management and building experience. Michael has previously worked for one of Queensland’s most recognised boutique building and development firms, MDEV, where he held the position as Director of Construction. Michael has extensive experience in managing and controlling the site management of construction projects, building and design management, project management, detailed cost estimating and contract management. Michael has experience running high end residential new build projects, renovations, 10+ story residential and commercial towers, retail shopping centres and civil projects.JAM Property Group was established to fill a gap in the market for attainable affordable yet luxurious investments.
