I am an ambitious, charismatic and hard-working professional with over 17 years of experience in the Hospitality and Business development industry including 10 years as proprietor and senior operations manager building and growing a hospitality group of companies of over 300 employees to reach financial success.I have a proven track record of conceptualising, opening, managing and marketing Restaurants, a Wine Distribution company, a Self-catering Hotel, a Boutique Hotel, and a Wine brand. I was involved in every facet of these businesses from concept and design of business models, to day-to-day operations managing staff and clients, to sales and stock control management, to financial management and forecasting both short and long-term. My enjoyment of people, along with my qualifications and experience combine with a passion for sales, food and wine as well a business acumen and entrepreneurial understanding has proven to be a great source of knowledge for me in the achievement of success for these varied businesses.I believe that the heart and soul of any establishment, is its people.
