We opened our new State of the Art Dental facility in January of 2011 in Pearland. We also moved our satellite location in Alvin in March of 2012. We are a Digital office. We offer Sedation Dentistry to make our customers feel more relaxed during the procedure, i-Tero for Invisalign scans and crown and bridge scans, Cerec for same day crowns, Galileos cone beam 3-d scan for implants and all surgical procedures. Both offices offer Treatment spanning from Implants, Invisalign, Lumineers, Cerac & Empress Crowns to your regular general practice procedures like Dentures, Root Canals, And Wisdom Teeth extractions. We see same day emergencies and walk-ins. Our Pearland office is open M-F and most Saturdays. Accent Dental Group is a Premiere Provider for Invisalign and Lumineers. Dr Michael Smith has completed extensive Cosmetic training at The Las Vegas Institute. He has also completed the Highest Achievement Level of IMPLANT AND SURGICAL Training with THE INTERNATIONAL DENTAL IMPLANT ASSOCIATION(IDIA). This achievement starts with MASTERSHIP Training then progresses to FELLOWSHIP training. Dr. Smith then received the coveted DIPLOMATE STATUS IN 2018. In April 2015, Dr. Smith went on a missionary trip to Santo Domingo where he and 34 other Dentists performed $1.2 million worth of Dental Work and has repeated these trips yearly with Dr. Arun Garg and Staff of the IDIA. He is a Member of The Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Dr. Devin Spinks is a key associate with Accent Dental Group. Dr. Spinks is a graduate of the University of Texas Dental School and has been practicing at ADG for 10 years. Dr. Cade Foust joined ADG around 8 yrs ago and performs all Wisdom Teeth Extractions using IV Sedation.

After 21 years of practicing Dentistry it has occurred to me that something is fundamentally missing from the oral care product line. Even with the latest advances in toothbrush technology, gum disease still persist, affecting up to 70% of the population. Furthermore, the increasing amount of research linking gum disease to systemic illnesses (diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary infection, stroke, low birth weight and even ED) mandates that the public be made aware of just how important a clean healthy mouth is.
