• Lead the Tulsa division to Bronze operational excellence.o To achieve this the division had to improve safety, quality, and delivery by >25% and cost by >15%
• Through execution of Lean initiatives, drive performance excellence and embraced the role of a change agent, utilizing oral communication skills to gain support of employees from all levels.
