This represents one of the world's most significant creative outreach programs, to over 280,000 individuals at 1,200 events every year.Achievements have included:• Setting a renewed artistic-pedagogical framework for the organisation• Working with Australia’s top musicians to create artistically vibrant programs in Australian schools• Developed programs that led to audience-growth for the first time in fifteen years.• Oversaw nation-leading COVID-19 recovery with 450 streamed events to 95,000 students involving 60 musicians.

Responsible for managing operations, stakeholder engagement, program development and philanthropy for the ACT Branch of Musica Viva. Achievements include:• Introducing a world-leading Families program for concerts, based on research that was presented in national and international forums.• Overseeing growth in subscriptions and single ticket purchasers for the Canberra International Concert Season.• Overseeing over 100% growth in schools enrolling in Musica Viva In Schools, and offering increased professional support to teachers.• Increasing local government funding by 50%.

Founded a company who cross-pollinates between genres of music and artforms to inspire audiences to question the world around us.Achievements include:• Curated 12 seasons and 2 festivals hosted in national institutions.• Generated diverse funding sources and growing subscriber base.• Negotiated international collaborations with institutions in Argentina, China, Egypt, Poland, Scotland, Sweden, and the U.S.• Facilitated collaborations with astronomers, geneticists, ecologists, sporting clubs, engineers, filmmakers, visual artists, dancers and actors.
