I have had the privilege to wear many hats within the IBM Technical Support arena, from creating a team that hired and trained over one hundred people, to working for Internet Security Systems and being acquired and integrated into IBM, to creating a team to handle the return and replacement of defective appliances, to working on customer escalations, to creating a team to enhance electronic support, to helping the organization have a deeper understanding of it's operations and needs. All of these experiences have built up a strong skill set that has helped me to be recognized as a leader within Technical Support.I am passionate about "making things better". With my strong analytical skills, I am able to find the opportunities that will have a significant business impact, and with my drive and leadership skills, I am able to help build a better organization. I am passionate about finding solutions that work for everyone; from customer escalations, to employee situations, to technical issues. I believe in investing my time in people to help them succeed, and I am able to consistently create teams that are highly engaged and successful, and get high ratings in organizational feedback surveys.
