We work with the Customer to understand their requirements for a new machine or system, which we then develop into a complete specification, including functionality, physical size/lay-out, safety, control systems and operational constraintsDuring the proposal stages of a project, we may choose (at our expense) to physically mock-up critical elements of a machine or system to demonstrate and prove our proposed design concepts. Customers benefit by having piece of mind when deciding to invest in a new machine.Once the purchase decision is made, we complete the detailed design of the entire machine / system, after which we recommend a formal design review meeting with the Customer to ensure design intent and all specifications are met.With Customer sign-off, the project moves into build / fab stages. Depending on project scope, periodic progress reports are provided to the Customer. Site visits are possible if desired by the Customer.A completed machine or automated system undergoes extensive testing, PLC debugging and refining prior to being shipped to the Customer. Once on site, we commission the machine and provide Operator training as required.Documentation provided includes Operator and Parts manuals, copies of PLC code and any applicable regulatory documentation. We can also provide on-going maintenance of the equipment we build with tailored service contracts.
