Over the past 5 plus years as a Sales Manager with Crowfoot Hyundai I have had the pleasure of building a successful and award winning sales team. I primarily focused on profitably, achieving sales targets, maintaining a top customer sales satisfaction rating (acheved by being awarded the Consumer Choice award 5 years running) Inventory control and purchasing. Training sales team on product knowledge and the road to a sale and building a lasting realationship with our clients.

At the age of 19 I entered the sales world as Sales Associate for the Hyatt Group. My motto,"as a sales professional my job is to provide enough pertinate information for the client to make a wise buying decision". My Primary role as a sales associate was to assist clients in there vehicle purchasing decision. With my extensive sales approach training and product knowledge I had lead the sales team in volume in 3 of my 5 years selling automobiles. I maintained a CSI rating above 99.1% during that span.
