Working as a lead project engineer to produce civil construction documents for Single Family Residences, Multi-Family Residences, commercial developments, and more. Work includes wet utility design as well as grading and drainage to meet local storm water management and design standards. Main project areas include the South Coast of California, the Front Range of Colorado, and some dispersed projects in other states.

BSFB Recapitalization of Utilities 3 ($160M):- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing survey data such as layout for utilities, potholes, structures, excavations and as builts of utilities.- Identification of profile and alignment conflicts of new utilities with existing utilities and produced proposed profile and alignment solutions consistent with USACE standards.- Modelling of excavations, cross sections, utility profiles, and utility alignments used in field layout and work planning.- Physical layout of points, lines, and excavations using robotic total stations as well as GNSS systems.- All modelling and data interpretation performed in Autodesk Civil 3D.

City Center and Santa Fe Drive Streetscapes ($1M):- Managed all field work including daily subcontractor coordination, scheduling, self perform utility placement, excavations, trenches, and demolition.- Gained experience in fine grading, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, and specialty concrete.- Tracked job quantities, managed submittals, coordinated and planned OAC meetings, and managed material procurement.29th Street Pump Station ($3M):- Managed all mechanical and yard piping inventory, procurement, and installation.- Lay out including wall penetrations, underground piping, grading, flatwork, striping, as well as inlet and manhole structures.- Assisted with coordinating deliveries, subcontractor scheduling, pay applications, submittals, RFI's, and owner/engineer communication.Civil Estimating:- Worked as an estimator for small (<$5M) civil projects- Produced bid proposals- Consistently produced organized and accurate estimates resulting in multiple wins- Worked on estimating teams for $10M - $40M civil estimates.- Experience interviewing with potential clients and showcasing the firms capabilities.- Proficient in HCSS Heavybid civil estimating software.

Civil Engineering:- Familiar with all civil engineering concepts including statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, hydrology, fluid dynamics, water treatment, foundations and soil mechanics, material sciences including the design of steel structures as well as reinforced concrete structures and concrete mix designs.- Multiple civil design classes that incorporated the use of self collected field data using survey equipment that was then implemented for the design of utilities, roads, site grading, and structures.- Classes dedicated to construction techniques and sciences and well as management and estimating techniques.- Produced a site and structure design for the Foothills Parks and Recreation District that included regrading and improvements to a pathway and parking lot as well as a new fishing pier that was used in an application to the State of Colorado for the Fishing is Fun grant to secure funding for the project.
