I am a product of a blue collar family. The scope of my life experiences have helped me to better relate to the needs of stakeholders at all levels in an organization. I know that making the time and taking the opportunity to do things, with and for people, makes all the difference— like when I walked the shop floor with the general manager to learn and better understand what could make an impact to operations. Some of my deepest roots are founded in a handshake— do what you say you will do. One of the biggest contributors to my success has been working with and for great mentors.
