For 30+ years I’ve been privileged with helping healthcare providers automate RCM workflows, gain operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize revenues so they can focus on providing exceptional patient care. I have lead RCM business offices, held a number of business development roles, and most recently managed the largest strategic accounts for one of the most visible brands in the RCM space. My passion is enabling provider operational excellence. Throughout my career journey I have worked with some of the most prominent healthcare providers in the industry. These providers, by way of example, include hospitals/health systems, pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, urgent care, DME, LTAC/Rehab, hemodialysis, home health, tele-health, laboratories, software vendors, infusion & enteral, physician practices, and TPV’s.I was the recipient of multiple president club, diamond club, and top performer awards. Most recently in 2021 I was awarded Provider Account Manager of the Year.I am a strategic thinker and highly motivated team player. Simply stated my north star is the customer and their success.
