With over 15 years of senior executive sales leadership experience, I have a proven track record of driving sales growth, launching new products, expanding sales force, and managing P&L across multiple therapeutic areas and market segments.My core competencies include sales strategy, marketing strategy, sales operations, reimbursement, market access, and product launch. I have successfully led the commercial sales of ZOLL Medical's innovative cardiac and respiratory devices, as well as the start-up biotechnology company Otonomy's novel treatments for ear diseases. I have a strong background in pharma, biotech, device, and rare disease sales, and I hold a Master's Degree in Health and Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. I am also a Registered Respiratory Therapist, which gives me a unique perspective and expertise in the medical field.
