I have been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years and as a Project Manager for Job Site Services, Inc., I am responsible for the management and strategic oversight of construction projects and all associated operations. In this role, I prepare and negotiate estimates, schedule labor and equipment, monitor health & safety matters, direct field supervisors and sub-contractors, manage project budgets, and maintain project quality control. I also maintain long standing customer relationships that have been developed from my many years in this field and provide other business development efforts to expand a growing customer base. My career experience emphasizes my skills in negotiating with many sub-contractors within specific projects and delivering project management expertise to projects under my control.
