Synchronized all facets of Cyber Electromagnetic Activities across the staff. Attended a six week course on electronic warfare at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to fully understand the intricacies and requirements of this position.

Iraq

Mentored and advised an Iraqi two star general officer on the efficient, safe operations of an Iraqi Port of Entry adjacent to Iran. Provided daily guidance on leadership, security, operations and staff coordination. Managed, supervised and directed actions required that addressed all facets of the closure of a major US base located at Basrah, Iraq. Created a cross-functional team to coordinate and manage a large, ambiguous mission with a clear end state. Developed a synchronized methodology to meet required milestones for the base closure. Coordinated and synchronized the transportation for thousands of contractors, transferred $20 million worth of equipment to Iraqi counter-parts, supported the establishment of the Basrah Consulate for the U.S. Department of State, and supervised the redeployment of all American forces, local national contractors, and equipment from the base.

Fort Leavenworth, Ks

Managed, supervised and directed actions required to ensure the relevant production of Army Battle Command Systems - specifically Command Post of the Future, Battle Command Server, Battle Command Common Services and the Battle Command Staff Trainer. Published an article in numerous professional Army journals about the staff trainer in 2009. Attended a two week course at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, to understand the intricacies of project management and capabilities development.

Fort Hood, Tx And Iraq

Maintained accurate, current situational awareness of all activities for a US Army Corps and Division. Performed in this position in both the United States and Iraq. Briefed numerous general officers and civilian officials on the current status of military and civilian operations. Synchronized, coordinated, supervised and directed all Army operations at levels from sixteen personnel through 75,000 personnel. In Operations Centers, was responsible to identify, analyze, removed or minimized obstacles in order to ensure mission success. Attendance at West Point, Airborne School, Basic and Advanced Armor Courses, Combined Arms Services Staff School, and the Air Command and Staff College continually increased my skills as an operations officer.

Fort Bragg, Nc

Trained and certified as an official Army Instructor. Supervised and directed the program of instruction for eight senior leaders. Supervised and participated directly in the training of over 500 personnel in a wide variety of tasks and skills. Created the training support package for a National Guard unit that specified the critical elements of all tasks, instruction conditions, and standards of success. Developed, supervised and personally prepared evaluations for all tasks. Coordinated all required resources to complete tasks.

Schweinfurt, Germany

Supervised and commanded the actions of an armor company team deployed to Kosovo, and personally coordinated with city officials, Serbian and Albanian, as well as conducted military operations, exercises, and training. Supervised and commanded the training of a 325 man company during exercises and operations.
