Manager of the Recreation Division for the city of New Port Richey. Responsible for a $15 million dollar facility including a fitness center, dance studio, teen center along with a 15,000 sq. ft. Gymnasium used for sports, events, shows and many other venues. Responsible for the a/v and tech for the department. Experience with acquiring new contracts, bids, working with budget and capital projects in excess of $2.4m dollars. Developing new marketing strategies as well as working to advance staff through training and redesigning the customer service experience through new software and general operation. Work closely with directors and other departments to plan for events and disasters if needed. Assist with creation of 5-10 year capital plans along with researching new ways to generate revenue and create renewable income through member retention.
