During the show, the 1100 spectators are sitting on a turning tribune. The safety of all these people depends on 4 trained 'zaalwachten' among them. One of those four 'zaalwachten' is the supervisor, who has the extra responsibility asses the severity of the incident in a split second and react appropriately by providing first aid and coordinate the handling the incident. Sometimes resulting deciding to stop the show if suspecting life threatening situations.

Shell Ten Thij is a one man gas station. The main task was to handle the register, service customers and handling incoming deliveries. With the years of experience, training new employees was also one of my tasks.
