40+ years of broad technical and managerial experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech business that has resulted in a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, process & product development, technology transfers, and management of contract manufacturing providers.As an independent consultant I have completed an extensive number of assessments related to a wide range of challenges facing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. These challenges included organizational capability assessments, the development of supply chain strategies, identification of contract manufacturing providers, outsourcing of specific processes, and remediation of serious compliance failures for several large multi-national companies and multiple smaller organizations. I have led a range of projects related to process validation, regulatory compliance and operational strategy at international generics manufacturers, large multi-national pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and provided technology licensing services in the healthcare industry.
