With more than 30 years executive search experience in the UK, Switzerland and the US I joined the Board of SRI in 2008 and became Chairman in 2010. Since then we have developed into the leading Executive Search firm focused on the convergence of Sports, Media, Content, Technology and Entertainment on a global basis.Apart from my responsibilities as Chairman, I work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth such as penetration into new markets, formation of strategic partnerships and relationship management/development with key clients. I am also active in managing elements of consultancy service delivery for key clients, such as:• Advising Executive Boards on senior team structure and strategy• Consulting on design of executive assessment processes• Forming part of the client hiring panel for senior appointments • Chairing a series of SRI think-tanks aimed at capturing thought leadership in our key industries
