As a retired Army Colonel with over 28 years of service, I have developed and demonstrated skills in talent management, operational planning, tactics, training, simulations capability development, program management, and leadership. I have a commercial multi-engine fixed wing pilot license, with an SF50 Vision Jet type rating and a passion for aviation.Currently living my dream job working for Cirrus Aircraft, managing a team of extraordinary pilots ferrying aircraft all around the country, and flying amazing aircraft (SR and SF) living The Cirrus Life.In my last role in the Army, I was in charge of integrating with different people, organizations, or agencies to help develop and enforce change to Army systems and processes to better identify and manage personnel talent across the Army. I oversaw communications and coordinated efforts between different entities within the team and with agencies at Ft. Leavenworth, KS. I also planned, developed, and executed plans to manage and analyze over 130,000 peer and subordinate assessments on 2,000 candidates annually in support of the Army's Command Assessment Program. I have a Top Secret clearance and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
