• Day to day management and delivery of the London taxi and private hire licensing system to ensure the meeting of requirements of primary legislation, the Mayor’s Transport strategy and business objectives.
• Day to day management of a customer focussed contact centre to ensure the delivery of a driver, operator and vehicle licensing telephone and postal enquiry service to meet customer demand.
