At the end of the day, my job is really about people and technology, about values and generating value, about making sense and connectivity. Mastering our workload, performing together with my team in an ever more uncertain and complex environment, is an exciting challenge. I very much enjoy and I am passionated about continuing to learn and grow. Coming from an engineering and economics background I enjoy analyzing and understanding the things around me and I am able to evaluate their economic potential. Assuming responsibilities in different leadership positions helped me to further enhance my personality. Being part of an international marriage makes me not only quite aware of intercultural challenges, but even more so of the beauty and the opportunities of intercultural interaction.
