As a member of the Operational Delivery Team, my role is to plan employee schedules and utilize available FTE to hit service level targets whilst adhering to business requirements. Here I have the responsibility to forecast future calls using historic trends, targeting a 5% variance between forecast and actual results. Through experience in modelling I have also helped produce future FTE requirements based on attrition and seasonal variation and planned shrinkage. Using systems such as Avaya and Mitel it is my role to produce reports of employee performance and behaviors formatted in a professional manner to support department leaders in helping maximize the potential of their teams. This is communicated through a dedicated email box that is managed and maintained by myself, here I receive information where I oversee department holiday, sickness, invoices and reports. On occasion I am called upon to help lead the department, my duties here are to support consultants in their roles whilst they service customers in their insurance needs. This can range from sending documents to customers to instructing colleagues of the correct compliance on calls. Though not directly linked to the role I have acted as a Personal Assistant to superiors where I have had access to a company credit card which I use to book flights and arrange transport from their residential address to the workplace and other external events.

For this role I was a lifeguard which required basic First Aid training with in the regulation of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. As a lifeguard I dealt with the needs of the general public, securing their welfare and safety in the poolside environment.This position has many practical aspects, I often operated heavy machinery and handled heavy equipment, in preparation for recreational events. I also have experience in cleaning pool surroundings with hazardous chemicals. For this I am trained on the safety and handling of these chemicals according COSHH regulations.Management experience was also gained as pool supervisor. Under this role I was responsible for ensuring that staff were focused, received breaks and would instruct or mentor them on tasks if necessary.

Voluntary experience planning to improve the ecological status and reduce flood risk of the River Twyver.Using a DGPS a topographical survey was carried out, which combined with GIS and other relevant variables produced plans to redirect the channel course onto a green space.Plans were discussed in team meetings taking consideration to the stakeholder requirements for the proposed project. Final report was submitted with findings and recommendations.

1 month voluntary experience in the Planning Performance and change department. Here I worked in a team of five to successfully produce electoral division profiles, presenting the social needs of Gloucestershire’s districts.Each profile used data analysis to produce detailed maps and graphs developed in ArcMap and Excel. These profiles were presented to higher authorities to determine appropriate actions.
