As an Executive Chef at the University of Albany Sodexo, the global leader in food service and facilities management, I bring over 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Certified Executive Chef credential to my role. I am passionate about creating innovative and high-quality menus, managing diverse and talented teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Before joining Sodexo, I was an Associate Dean and an Associate Professor at two prestigious community colleges in New York, where I led and taught various hospitality and culinary programs, coached and advised award-winning culinary teams, and developed and implemented effective curricula and policies. I have been recognized as the ACF 2023 National Chef Educator of the Year and as a member of Culinary Team New York in the IKA Culinary Olympics in 2020. My mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of culinary professionals and to elevate the standards and image of the industry.
