ADUSA Distribution Manchester, CT serves Stop & Shop grocery stores in the Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island areas. ● Facilitates weekly new hire orientation and onboarding for an average of 20 employees per week● Partners with hiring managers in-person and virtually to solicit job requirements andprovide routine updates● Operates with speed-to-market proactivity to keep recruiting pipelines healthy● Attends and takes an active forward facing role at career fairs, digital hiring events● Solicits and invites candidates to register for upcoming hiring activities● Coordinates 1 to 1 and panel interviews with hiring teams● Educates hiring managers on employment regulations, best hiring practices, and providingtimely feedback to ensure a seamless hiring process● Advises hiring managers as a subject matter expert, assists in preparation of interviewquestions and interview materials● Conducts initial phone screens, participates in other downstream interview as needed● Attracts and presents diverse pool of most qualified candidates for every open role● Ensures positive candidate experience with high touch communication style● Technology: Indeed, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite, Sheets, Google Drive
