▪ Improved efficiency of shortage pick processing for all sites by applying a default reason code with the shortage hot key, which reduced user time/steps, prevented typo mistakes, and reduced IT support tickets.▪ Discovered base bug in WMOS around substituting to a smaller iLPN that was on another task, which caused an inventory discrepancy. Once resolved, all sites had increased inventory accuracy and reduced IT support tickets.▪ Discovered and corrected a flawed invoicing script at all sites that regularly prevented orders from going to a shipped status. This caused inaccurate reporting, inaccurate inventory, trouble with purging data, and weekly IT support tickets with risky SQL solutions. The solution saved significant time and money from the plants and IT.
