The CEO of Grace Community Health Center is responsible to the Board of Directors and acts in accordance with the policies adopted by the Board. The CEO is responsible for keeping the Board apprised of activities of the health center and changes in the health care field that impact the center. The CEO oversees the Center's operations and is accountable for its fiscal, educational, operational and quality assurance performance. The CEO carries out the strategic plans of the agency as adopted by the Board. The CEO serves as the representative of the organization to external public and private agencies, groups and the community.

The CEO/Executive Director of UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center is responsible to the Board of Directors and acts in accordance with the policies adopted by the Board. The CEO is responsible for keeping the Board apprised of activities of the health center and changes in the health care field that impact the center. The CEO oversees the Center's operations and is accountable for its fiscal, educational, operational and quality assurance performance. The CEO carries out the strategic plans of the agency as adopted by the Board. The CEO serves as the representative of the organization to external public and private agencies, groups and the community.

Active leadership role in the development and administration of programs, policies and planning as they relate to the clinical, financial, and educational activities to assure sound administrative and resource management of the University of Kentucky Family Practice Center (UKFPC). Responsible for the department’s human resources and financial resources. Administration and oversight of UKFPC annual budgets. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to Faculty. Administer practice plan. Billing Guidelines and Compliance Officer. Administration of clinic business office. Coordination of financial and business plans with U.K. Center for Rural Health Director, ARH hospital administrator, KMSF (director, associate directors, controller, and provider rep.), Deans Office, Chancellor’s Office (legal counsel, compliance, information systems), and Medical Center Public Relations Director. Conduct annual cost reporting for Medicare and Medicaid. Represent clinic in: state and federal licensure site surveys and Medicaid and Medicare financial audits. Track GME funding. Responsible for clinical provider enrollment process. Track faculty and resident encounters and assure RRC requirements are met. Administration and resource management of UK Family Practice Center outpatient clinical laboratory.Maintain and manage Primary Care Center, Rural Health Clinic, and CLIA licensures. Work with a high degree of independence under the direction of the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Department of Family Practice.
