Plause is a SaaS startup covering employee performance, engagement and alignment data in a single platform designed for daily use. Hired pre-seed funding, I designed the underlying data framework (overseeing our IO lab), lead our customer acquisition strategy, and owned product and eventually customer analytics and reporting.

Used big data analytics to help Google’s Global Customer Acquisitions team acquire small and mid-sized customers to Google's advertising services at scale. Wrote SQL queries, ran regressions, designed A/B hypothesis testing and presented insights to senior leadership. Projects covered: revenue sustainability, mid-market penetration and CSAT initiatives.
