A. Harold and Associates FA-18 Aircrew SME providing FA-18 Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to the Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL), located at NAS Oceana, VA. Skilled in updating, revising, and developing USN FA-18 Computer Based Training (CBT), Fleet Replacement Squadron Replacement Pilot Lectures, and Revision Maintenance (R&M) of Strike Fighter Advanced Readiness Program (SFARP) lectures. As the SFWSL aircrew SME provide direct support to Strike Fighter Tactics Instructors (SFTIs) in maintaining the currency of F-18 weapons systems and tactics lectures given to Fleet FA-18 aircrew undergoing SFARP training. Adept in updating and converting courseware from past Operational Flight Programs (OFP) 15C through 25X/H12. Earlier this year, led the completion of the FRS CBT upgrade from 23X/H8 to 25X/H10. Currently immersed in the continuing revision of current Fleet SFARP lectures from (HOL) H10 to H12.

Providing FA-18 Subject Matter Expertise to Courseware Upgrades and development.The A. Harold and Associated FA-18 SME for a contract delivery of updated and upgraded FA-18 computer based training (CBT) courseware. This delivery fulfilled the US Government contract delivery to the Government of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti Air Force (KAF) for updated and new systems pilot training materials.This contract produced over 75 hours of FA-18 pilot interactive courseware (ICW) material to satisfy requirements for increased interactivity, updates to outdated lessons, and upgrades which included all new weapon and aircraft systems. Participated beyond expectations of reviewing for technical accuracy, by active participation in lesson storyboard development, creation of updated and upgraded interactive lessons using Adobe Captivate 8, while reviewing other CBTS produced products ensuring the technical accuracy of the final lessons for delivery.
