Currently immersed in the continuing revision of current Fleet SFARP lectures from (HOL) H10 to H12.

Harold and Associated FA-18 SME for a contract delivery of updated and upgraded FA-18 computer based training (CBT) courseware. This delivery fulfilled the US Government contract delivery to the Government of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti Air Force (KAF) for updated and new systems pilot training materials.This contract produced over 75 hours of FA-18 pilot interactive courseware (ICW) material to satisfy requirements for increased interactivity, updates to outdated lessons, and upgrades which included all new weapon and aircraft systems. Participated beyond expectations of reviewing for technical accuracy, by active participation in lesson storyboard development, creation of updated and upgraded interactive lessons using Adobe Captivate 8, while reviewing other CBTS produced products ensuring the technical accuracy of the final lessons for delivery.

Responsibilities included serving as the senior DH onboard JCS, where I balanced the various desires of the Airwing, ships departments and Admiral's staff, and juggled the requisite training evolutions, available at-sea/in-port periods, ships maintenance requirements, and operational tasking to create and maintain a coordinated ship's schedule designed to accomplish tasking assigned by PACFLT and the COMCARGRU staff.1999-2002 -CO and XO of Strike Fighter Squadron 22 - Was under-weigh as XO, in the northern Arabian Gulf during 9-11. Assumed Command only two weeks later and led the US Navy's first strikes off USS Carl Vinson during the opening of Operation Enduring Freedom. Awards: Bronze Star, Navy COM, with "V" and 6 Air Medals.1998-1999 - Graduated Naval War College - Masters Degree in Strategic Studies1995-1998 - EUCOM J-35 Crisis Action Plans Officer. Assigned as the US Navy Strike/TLAM officer and Crisis Action planner for EUCOM J-35 Operations Directorate. Provided Strike and TLAM expertise. 1994-1995 - Department Head tour with VFA-81. FA-18 Squadron Dept head, onboard USS Saratoga, for Med Cruise, during Operation Deny Flight in Bosnia.1992-1994 - Washington DC Tour (half BUPERS and half PGON) hand picked as Light Attack Detailer (432F); then Personal Aide to SECNAV.1987-1990 - Med Cruise/USS Roosevelt - JO tour with CDR "Timbo" Keating CO - VFA-87 .
