I am responsible for managing a book of business, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. I strive to develop strong relationships to maintain and grow the business. Through in person or virtual meetings, I am able to support and communicate value to my clients. The most important facet to these relationships is to develop trust and deliver on my promises. All client issues or requests are responded to immediately to reflect the resources at my disposal. I continually focus on broadening my knowledge of the various services at Equifax.

As an Account Executive, I am the overall account lead and the face to my clients. I manage over 30 accounts with a revenue exceeding 1,000,000. I manage a team of up to 10 people to provide clients with comprehensive and custom strategies for contesting unemployment claims and identifying legitimate savings in unemployment state taxes. I travel all over the country to present our work to my clients, including Fortune 500 companies. I am responsible for generating financial growth on my accounts along with maintaining a great relationship with my contacts.

Review and manage Unemployment Tax Costs for over 30 accounts, including multiple Fortune 500 companies by implementing various savings techniques in accordance with state laws. Also responsible for assuring my clients are compliant with all tax regulations.
