I am a Systems Engineer at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, and my passion lies at the intersection of engineering, mathematics, physics, and computer programming. My current work involves ensuring the seamless operation of various software functions within Bendix's new Globally Scalable Brake Controller (GSBC) over the CAN network, aligning customer requirements with internal directives, and developing comprehensive test cases to evaluate numerous software function interactions. Leveraging my proficiency in Python, I've automated the process of extracting customer requirements from diverse, unformatted documents to integrate them into Bendix's systems, thereby boosting efficiency.This journey began at Ohio State University (OSU), where my fervor for engineering drove me to graduate with honors. As a graduate research assistant at the OSU Center for Automotive Research, I was involved in diverse turbocharger projects in the automotive industry, ranging from extending the turbine performance map to near-zero flow rates to conducting turbocharger NVH investigations on problem areas for Ford.Subsequently, my first full-time engineering position at BorgWarner Turbo Systems allowed me to advance my career interests significantly. Key achievements here included designing a Matlab data processing program for BorgWarner's most comprehensive set of engine acceptance tests, being the Validation & Release engineer for a high-performance GM vehicle, collaborating with international technical centers in Germany, China, and Poland, and mentoring others in Matlab programming for turbocharger-specific conditions. I further enjoyed my role as the point of contact for technical problems pertaining to physics, math, programming, CAD, or heat transfer.My journey doesn't end here. With an unwavering curiosity and dedication to continual learning, I am keen on pushing my technical boundaries further and contributing to a sustainable future through innovative engineering. As a professional, my goal is not just personal growth but also the broader aim of utilizing my skills to build solutions that promote environmental sustainability.
