- Practices evidence based emergency medicine to provide life-saving medical care to both the critically ill and injured in an underserved region- Clinical Lead APC: providing educational, administrative, and clinical oversight of APC team- Provides effective communication with patients, physicians, and the remainder of the medical care team to ensure the best possible care for the patient- Performs both invasive and non-invasive procedures and interventions, including but not limited to: central lines, chest tubes, intubation, suturing, lumbar punctures, ultrasound guided peripheral IV’s, arterial line placement, splinting of fractures, arthrocentesis, and more.

- Serves as facilitator for common problem labs, which is a group based learning module in which students discuss specific case scenarios to reinforce specific learning objectives. - Instructs on topics ranging from EKG interpretation, to nephrology, to critical care

- Grant project focused on veteran initiatives through 2021- Primary focus to ease transition from service to PA school- Identify methods to overcome barriers to veterans entering the PA profession, provide student mentoring, and collaborate with multiple PA programs to increase awareness of transition barriers

- Provides clinical Emergency Medicine instruction to PA students from multiple universities- Arranges student schedules, projects, didactic, and clinical learning- Provides formal end of rotation evaluation for all students
