Bringing together a highly diverse team with unique skills from inside and outside Citi and allowing them to design agile processes combining fraud analytics, machine learning models of fraud networks, and external open source and dark web intelligence significantly transformed Citi’s approach to fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation.
