Founded Cincinnati region of IMS, the Institute of Management Studies, an executive education firm for large businesses and governmental agencies, offering our members access to some of the highest-rated executive educators anywhere, in two formats: Monthly live workshops and online lessons.Successfully recruited 15 $1 Billion organizations, including P&G, Toyotat, Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, and Cincinnati Bell to join membership-based management learning group. Worked directly with members' HR leadership to discuss and select executive and management learning topics of highest interest to their organizations.
