• Monthly report preparation and Analysis Statement of Financial Position  Statement of Comprehensive Income Cash Flow Statement• Preparation of Reconciliation Reports: Bank Intercompany Inventory • Monthly analysis of all accounts and proposal of Adjusting Entries • Monthly preparation of Journal vouchers• Preparation of Income Tax return• Monthly filing and remittance of taxes  EWT CWT VAT Income Tax• Reconciliation of Alpha list (Payroll and Expanded) with the records of the company• Pilot and implement the new accounting system (Microsoft Navision):  Uploading of Beginning Balances Validation of Beginning Balances Parallel testing of new and old system• Handles the BIR registration and application/renewal of different permits of the store/company • Coordinate with the operation team regarding the financial performance of the company• Preparation of Variance Analysis• Assist the external auditors during the conduct of the year-end audit• Assist the BIR examiner during the inspection of the books of the company
