I have over 30 years in Architecture and have experience in both creating Construct Documents and doing Construction Administration. While I enjoy working out a difficult detail, I find that I prefer to be in the field working with the Owners and Contractors to get the buildings built.My experience crafting Engineering Judgments for Fire Rated Assemblies has given me a new perspective on how buildings get built, from the quality of the Architects Construction Documents to the skill of the Contractors and their Subcontractors, and this has helped me to understand the position of all parties so that I can find equitable solutions to difficult construction issues.I am technology oriented and am proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Ninox (database), MindStudio (AI) and the Microsoft Office Suite. I have programmed in AutoCAD using Visual Basic and at one time had a few iPhone apps in the iTunes Store.Participating in projects that require creative, innovative solutions really motivates me. When I have a vision I am able to plan, research and implement my ideas to bring them to fruition. I have a track record of providing innovative quality solutions for a variety of applications. I have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and use it daily in my workflow and have Level 3 Certification in MindStudio. I use MindStudio in conjunction with Make Scenarios to connect with other applications such as spreadsheets, databases and word processors. This allows me to expand the capabilities of AI to provide solutions to work related processes, problems.
