Develop and maintain database package and reporting system for office machine repair density using ALPHA FIVE database software. Install, Repair, maintain and update company-owned networked electronic equipment. Create, build and update database applications, as requested. Update and maintain company server computer. Ensure and maintain network connectivity. Assure compliance with prescribed networking standards. Consult with corporate IT personal as neededAssist users as needed.Receive and dispatch customer requests for repair and support for authorized office machinery. Enter and process work orders. Research and order required repair parts as per Government specifications. Process related invoices.Generate and transmit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Interact with USMA contract office representative. Respond to service calls in absence of company field service technician. Interact and consult with government network personnel. Prepare and process outgoing UPS shipments Perform other duties, as assigned.
