I have implemented a rigorous forecasting and inventory control system that ensures consistent in-stock levels and on-time shipments for over 20,000 orders per month. At Tailored Pet Nutrition/Canidae Pet Food, I served as the Senior Director of Innovation & Consumer Care. Here, I led new product innovation, consumer care, and website development for an online pet food start-up.I began my career in market research and consumer insights at companies such as Starkist, Del Monte Foods, H.J. Heinz, and The Procter and Gamble Company. My work involved leading consumer research, developing segmentation models, and launching new products that significantly contributed to the growth and success of these brands.In addition to my corporate experience, I proudly served as a Submarine Cryptologic Direct Support Officer, providing intelligence support to the US Atlantic Fleet and US Central Command.
