Create digital audiences for campaigns on TD owned sites, social media and display ads using internal customer, online behavior and other data for digital Marketing partners.Evaluate data available to address audience gaps such as customer/account profitability, deepening customer engagement and small business prospects.Serve as the team’s Subject Matter Expert for the bank's data ecosystem and specific applications used by Marketing such as Canadian Enterprise Data Warehouse, Marketing Data Platform and Enterprise Onboarding Application Engine.Led transition from on-premises SAS Unix to Microsoft Azure Cloud environment for multiple Marketing teams.Work with Governance and Control partners to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Quebec Bill 64.Transition manual processes for automation by Marketing Data Enablement Centre.
