I have had an interesting and varied career, with the common theme of working for people running through it. I am a very experienced DEI practitioner and leader. I am an experienced educator and facilitator. I have a knack for connecting people. More and more businesses seek to ensure Corporate Social Responsibility is part of their DNA, and I love working in this area and facilitating change. This is why I seek to work in roles that align with my values.As the architect and developer of the Rainbow Tick it was great to guide it from concept to operationalising it, leading it to becoming one of the most widely respected DEI programmes across the country.My last five years at Be.Lab have deepened my understanding of DEI, giving me invaluable experience and understanding of the world of accessibility and disability and how this relates to DEI initiatives in the workplace. I have a proven track-record in sales and marketing, and business development. Stakeholder management and maintaining positive relationships are core to what I do. I enjoy new ideas and challenges. I love working with people and thank that I learn as much myself in the process of teaching as those I am working with do.I am available as a speaker, a consultant, a facilitator, an analyst, and a writer.I'm interested in collaborating with constructive and innovative people. I also have experience in NGO governance, education, public health, project management, policy analysis and development, quality-improvement, training, mentoring and change management.I am well-travelled, and have a good understanding of cultural difference in the workplace, and in life in general.My experience ranges from work at the coal face to high-level governance roles. I am a confident presenter and speaker and a thought leader in the field of D&I.I enjoy planning projects and guiding them to completion. I am a skilled writer, researcher, trainer, facilitator and presenter.
