Reporting to the Engineering Manager the primary task in this position is to manage and co-ordinate all the engineering, drafting and technical activities of the discipline in conjunction with lead engineering project roles.Responsible for the quality of the work performed and to conduct technical audits and peer reviews, develop training programmes for staff, maintain appropiate staff levels and preparation of proposals.
