Upon completion of Pennsylvania Act 120, I was hired as a Police Officer where I worked for several years doing various Law Enforcement duties. Past experiences included working in the Casino Industry as a Surveillance Supervisor where I oversaw the 2nd shift Surveillance operations, Security roles and as a Corrections Officer at a Pennsylvania County Prison. I wanted a change in careers, and a position became available to work in sales at the former Integrity Trailers Inc. plant in Carbondale PA. Being new to the sales industry, I quickly caught on and became the go-to person for inside trailer sales. When Novae Corp. acquired Integrity Trailers Inc., I was kept on board for the sales position at ITI Cargo by Novae. As our company continues to grow and become more involved, I transitioned into a hybrid role of Inside Sales / Human Resources. As a member of the leadership team, I am more then just HR or sales. I assist when I can in production, inspections, safety committees and other office administration duties.
