I have been involved in design and manufacture of molds for thermoplastics since 1977. As an experienced mold designer and journeyman mold-maker with extensive knowledge of both injection molding and blow molding processes, I have been through the entire range of business experience in the mold-maker environment. From sole proprietor of PlasTech Mold Company in the 1980’s to partner at Creative Blow Mold Tooling in the 1990’s, and finally joining R&D/Leverage in 2000 as a member of the Sales Team. I ultimately advanced through the organization and accepted the position of CEO in December 2016.
