I currently manage a team of two to deliver daily, weekly and monthly business targets. I am responsible for analysing and processing courier invoices received into the business before recharging the clients, ensuring all invoices are paid within business terms. I also enter, update and audit the internal accounts systems to ensure the month end accounts are correct before providing month end reports and accruals to senior management. I arrange daily pallet distribution of stock from packing to delivery point, using my own initiative to make informed decisions to ensure best performance and revenue. I also manage insurance claims for lost and damaged stock ensuring we are credit any monies owed and provide carrier management reports to clients and senior management, whilst also actively monitoring for any areas of improvement and offering solutions and process changes that will improve competence. I have experience of driving efficiency in operational costs, capacity planning to achieve targets and KPI's in a fast paced, high pressured role, whilst also maintaining strong communication skills to prepare and provide informative reports to key internal and external stakeholders with accuracy / attention to detail, using the business warehouse management systems and Microsoft office programmes to produce the informative reports.

Working in a Multi client contact centre taking customer service calls from customers, both placing orders for goods and also resolving any delivery issues or complaints to a high standard and maintaining a one call resolution where possible whilst also achieving client upsell targets at all times. During my 9 years as a contact centre agent, I also gained experience in the warehouse where I would often volunteer to pick and pack customer orders when the warehouse was busy but the contact centre was quiet, to ensure business targets were met and service levels were always delivered to our clients.
